Message: I’ve had problems with this place in the past but my most recent experience was a huge improvement. I placed an online order. The gentleman at the front was very polite and patient despite how busy they were. He kindly asked me for my online order, went into the warmer, checked the pizza and seen that it was a tab bit over cooked. He didn’t even bother to give it to me and stated he was going to make me a new one. The whole time he kept a smile on his face again despite how busy they were. He had such a warm welcoming spirit and engaged with the customers, kids and made them laugh.

Message: The customer service was great but the food was a little doughy even for a pizza place, I just feel like the food could've been prepped a little better that particular time. I'm going to count it as a one off but the staff was very professional and helped me politely so no major complaints will likely come back at some point to give them another try to cook the pizza a little better and see what happens. Next time I'll take a picture of the pizza and other sides I get.
